Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Hartselle, Alabama, USA; onsite

Annual base salary: $104,800–$117,900, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, plant safety, operational efficiency, and employee development.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to improve uptime, OEE, and equipment performance.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop maintenance personnel while managing performance and accountability.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, contractor activity, vendor relationships, resources, and production support.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and plant leadership to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Hartselle, Alabama, USA.
• At least 3 years of maintenance supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams, improving equipment reliability and safety, and supporting measurable operational improvements.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and industrial control systems, as well as OSHA and machine safeguarding requirements.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, reliability initiatives, root cause analysis, and maintenance cost management.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar technical drawing software.
• Experience with SPS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
