Supervisor, Maintenance (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise the mechanical maintenance crew responsible for maintaining and installing mechanical equipment and systems.
• Develop and execute the site preventive maintenance program, including inspections, lubrication, filter replacement, drive and belt maintenance, and hydraulic and pneumatic system checks.
• Implement maintenance and engineering strategies to improve operational reliability, machine availability, asset longevity, and work order completion.
• Design and manage capital projects, including scope, budgets, schedules, responsibilities, equipment acquisition, installation, and payback expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, equipment feasibility studies, supplier selection, audits, and process changes.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, employee relations, safety compliance, and technical support for equipment reliability issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is desired.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, logistics, and manufacturing equipment, including safe usage, maintenance, and storage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing facility operations, physical infrastructure management, safety practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage maintenance performance, budgets, capital projects, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Frequent walking and standing are required; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and travel may be required.
