Engineering and Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at manufacturing facilities in Concord and Painesville, Ohio, USA

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead controls engineering, project engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Drive process improvements, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facilities.
• Align engineering and maintenance initiatives with plant strategy and broader business objectives.
• Lead project delivery, capital project execution, and cost center financial management.
• Oversee work order systems, spare parts inventory, contractor management, and hands-on maintenance support.
• Promote safety through training, project management, and Environmental Health and Safety responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Controls, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or another engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering, plant maintenance, or engineering leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with automation controls, PLCs, drives, sensors, and facilities systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, project portfolios, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and TPM program implementation or management.
