Marshalltown Corrugator Supervisor

Location: Marshalltown, Iowa, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $70,560–$105,840 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee corrugator equipment and personnel for the assigned shift.
• Plan schedules, prioritize work orders, and coordinate production activities to meet output and quality goals.
• Supervise employees, approve time records, communicate company policies, and support hiring, promotion, discipline, and employee development decisions.
• Ensure safety procedures, equipment protocols, production standards, and waste-control practices are followed.
• Conduct quality-control tests, verify job quality, investigate customer complaints, and maintain production records.
• Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot slowdowns, and recommend process and equipment improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of corrugator experience with knowledge of machinery, operating methods, continuous improvement processes, and safety practices.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to perform corrugator jobs and train crew members on equipment use, adjustments, and unusual situations.
• Organizational, analytical, mechanical, communication, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Some college education or manufacturing training.
• Previous supervisory experience in training, team building, performance development, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with manufacturing systems or shop floor software.
