Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States; 2nd shift

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 annually, plus a 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.

What you will do

• Manage a machine shop team of approximately 30–40 employees, including machinists.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop value stream improvement plans with the Manufacturing Manager.
• Set and measure short- and long-term team goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Optimize standard work, personnel utilization, equipment efficiency, and production flow.
• Hire, evaluate, coach, develop, and manage employee performance and relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 5 years of direct management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with personnel policies, time reporting, counseling, discipline, and performance feedback.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, New York, on the 2nd shift.
• The position involves access to U.S. export-controlled information.
