Location: Onsite in New Albany, Ohio, United States; regular day shift. The role does not provide immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan for STEM OPT.

Salary: $37,000–$60,000 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment in accordance with production, safety, and quality specifications.
• Perform equipment changeovers, setups, start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping activities.
• Complete critical control checks, production documentation, quality checks, and daily operating updates.
• Troubleshoot common equipment issues and perform routine preventive maintenance, escalating safety, quality, or equipment concerns when needed.
• Safely handle materials using pallet lifts, electric hand trucks, hoists, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Complete required training and support the training of other employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of related experience and successful completion of the hirify.global Technician Program.
• Must have or be able to complete Powered Industrial Trucks certification training.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, sanitation, safety requirements, production standards, and quality control practices.
• Basic math, computer, Microsoft application, and Manufacturing Execution System skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in New Albany, Ohio, perform a full shift of standing or walking, work around noise and industrial conditions, wear required PPE, and lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
