Finance Manager

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage financial results for an assigned account portfolio and territory.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with operations and functional teams to communicate financial and operational issues.
• Identify and guide margin improvement and cost-containment opportunities.
• Prepare month-end close reports, profitability reports, journal entries, and business metrics.
• Develop financial analysis tools and models and escalate issues before financial close.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior finance experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate summary results while handling confidential information.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Travel as necessary; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion.
