Manager, Revenue Planning

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of three office days per week in Los Angeles, CA or Orlando, FL, USA. Domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 per year base plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead revenue consolidation across budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles for the Digital Platforms and Ventures portfolio.
• Define and analyze metrics for direct-to-consumer revenue streams, technology services, payments services, advertising, and sponsorships.
• Prepare executive- and board-level presentations and communicate revenue performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with FP&A, pricing strategy, revenue operations, data, analytics, and business operators on accurate KPI reporting.
• Provide financial analysis, variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, and decision support for senior management.
• Mentor direct reports and build accountable, scalable, and collaborative team processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive finance and analytics experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to create complex financial models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work from the Los Angeles or Orlando office at least three days per week.
• Ability to travel domestically for business meetings, training, and team events as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker or Tableau.
• Experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, media, or entertainment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical work clearly to diverse stakeholders.
