Regional Sales Manager (Mining)

Location: Remote role based in Port Hedland, Western Australia, with regular travel within the region

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales and growth strategies for the Fixed Plant product portfolio.
• Manage key customer relationships, account plans, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing regional market share.
• Provide market intelligence, forecasts, and pipeline reporting through Salesforce.
• Translate customer and market insights into product development opportunities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Commercial teams to achieve sales and gross margin targets.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales within mining or an associated industry.
• Strong technical understanding of grinding mills, crushers, and mineral processing operations.
• Background in Engineering, Mining, Business, Trade, or a related discipline.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and communicate technical solutions.
• Experience developing sales strategies, budgets, and growth plans.
• Must have the legal right to work in Australia; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

• Trade, Mining, or Extractive Metallurgical background.
