Spec, Projects & Financials 3PL (Supply Chain)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide financial support for logistics operations, including annual operating plans, forecasting cycles, and budget management for 3PL partners and suppliers.
• Analyze inventory trends, validate invoices, monitor warehouse spending, and reconcile inventory records across 3PL and 4PL partners.
• Lead shrinkage reviews, validation activities, management improvement plan oversight, and corrective actions for operational and financial issues.
• Prepare logistics financial reports, inventory reconciliations, management improvement plan reports, and performance metrics.
• Process logistics transactions, including supplier charge estimates, cycle counts, discards, returns support, and purchase order payments through Coupa.
• Develop analytical tools, support supply chain improvement projects, and coordinate project requirements, milestones, and deliverables across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain or healthcare services.
• Knowledge of business operations, planning, project management, and analytical problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Advanced Excel, and intermediate to advanced SQL.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across management levels and in a team environment.
• English required; U.S. work authorization required.

• Lean or Six Sigma training and certification.
• APICS certification.
