Supplier Business Manager (B3) (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead assigned projects supporting supplier and commodity strategy execution.
• Drive resolution of supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
• Provide tactical procurement escalation support for assigned supplier sites and key sub-tier suppliers.
• Support commercial and technical cost-reduction programs.
• Execute supplier-site capacity readiness programs.
• Build consensus and collaborate with related teams to address complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related areas.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and how supplier management integrates with other business functions.
• Ability to solve complex problems using information from multiple sources and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
• Ability to work in Austin, TX, or relocate to the role location.
