GMP Operations Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of operations professionals, including Team Leaders.
• Run the daily operations of a compounding unit while ensuring GMP compliance, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Own the department budget and capacity plan.
• Act as Production Approver for investigations and nonconformance reports.
• Represent the operation with internal and external auditors and regulators.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on quality, reliability, and cost.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1 and aseptic manufacturing standards.
• Proven ability to deliver results through large, diverse teams.
• Competence in financial analysis and budget management.
• Bachelor’s degree in life science, business management, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
