Value Stream Manager (Lean Manufacturing)

Focus on designing future-state operating strategies, facilitating kaizen events, solving complex production problems, and improving performance across the manufacturing value stream.

Location: Onsite in New Albany, Ohio, United States. The position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship or support, including the Form I-983 STEM OPT training plan.

Salary: $117,000–$195,000 national target base pay. California and New York metro target base pay: $130,000–$216,000. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and execute continuous improvement roadmaps aligned with operational objectives and the future-state vision.
• Lead performance across safety, product quality, on-time delivery, operational cost, inventory, and growth.
• Champion and facilitate kaizen events, Lean initiatives, and productivity improvements.
• Develop employees and provide direction to cross-functional partners in Planning, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in budgeting and long-range capital planning.
• Prepare performance summaries and presentations for leadership and customer reviews while remaining visible on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing, technology, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing and maintenance organization.
• Advanced knowledge and training in Lean manufacturing concepts and techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership in a rapidly changing and demanding manufacturing environment, including matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. work authorization is required; immigration sponsorship and support are not available.
