Sr. Associate Business Analyst, NPI (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Santa Clara office.

Salary: $85,000–$137,500 per year in base salary, with potential bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day New Product Introduction PMO execution, including change requests and test-environment coordination.
• Identify manual operational tasks and design or deploy automated scripts and workflow integrations.
• Use modern IDEs and AI-assisted coding tools to prototype internal PMO efficiencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during test windows and release gates.
• Document automated workflows, system dependencies, and process changes.
• Track efficiency metrics and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a technical operations role within the technology industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical or quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business discussions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship; OPT/CPT candidates requiring future sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-first code editors such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Basic scripting in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Shell.
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automating repetitive tasks.
