Salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Research programs and gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for custom low-code applications.
• Translate requirements into process maps, technical system requirements, schedules, and definitions of done.
• Support Agile processes, meetings, cross-team coordination, and complex technical implementation and systems integration projects.
• Create system architecture diagrams, concepts of operations, status reports, briefings, agendas, training materials, and demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain procedure manuals, technical specifications, process documentation, and change and configuration management records.
• Use Jira and Confluence to track project work, manage documentation, and improve information presentation and user experience.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in systems analysis and information systems design.
• Experience gathering end-user requirements, coordinating technical teams, and delivering systems integration projects.
• Experience with Agile processes and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Help desk or daily customer interaction experience.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
• Cloud migration, development, or coordination experience.
• Federal government consulting experience.
• Digital transformation experience involving low-code applications, business intelligence, or robotic process automation.
