Intermediate Business Analytics Analyst (AI-focused) - Internal Audit

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days in the office per week at a U.S. hub location. The listed location is Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is also listed as an additional location. Occasional travel to internal and external stakeholders may be required.

Salary: $72,000–$110,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver AI and data analytics solutions that improve internal audit delivery and operations.
• Develop AI agents, workflow automation, analytics solutions, and Power BI dashboards.
• Advise internal audit stakeholders on the application of AI and data analytics.
• Support AI and data analytics strategies, objectives, KPIs, training, and innovation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve the audit function and provide management and stakeholder insights.
• Follow privacy, security, data quality, and organizational governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in data analytics, AI, process improvement, or related work.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of enterprise agent development tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI, including DAX and M language.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, prioritization, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic understanding of audit principles or willingness to learn.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship is required; immigration-related employment authorization sponsorship is not available.
