Client Service Analyst - Corporate Mortgage Finance

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Support mortgage warehouse lending activities, including collateral processing, document reviews, collateral shipping, investor releases, and eNotes.
• Provide high-touch client support through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Review and approve funding, collateral, and settlement transaction requests within assigned authority and company policy.
• Manage queues, reports, assignments, and client inquiries within established service-level agreements.
• Communicate with clients and internal partners to resolve exceptions, problems, workflow issues, and training needs.
• Support business continuity activities during disasters or service outages.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant mortgage operations experience, preferably in mortgage warehouse finance or specialty finance.
• At least 2 years of proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience reviewing mortgage documents; collateral and eNotes experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience using ProMerit.
• Experience in a fast-paced mortgage warehouse finance environment.
