Financial Relationship Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve customer issues, and follow up with new customers.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, customers, colleagues, partners, and Centers of Influence.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology and refer them to other bank services.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, policies, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
