What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver effective customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer relationships and make referrals to relevant bank partners.
• Drive business development through community involvement, market relationships, and calling programs.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and colleague development.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, consumer and business lending, deposits, investments, sales leadership, customer service, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other banking technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
