What you will do

• Manage branch priorities and execution to drive revenue, customer loyalty, and overall branch performance.
• Lead consultative sales, business development, community involvement, and customer acquisition activities.
• Deliver a differentiated customer experience across in-person and technology-enabled banking channels.
• Build, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing branch team.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions across hirify.global's broader organization.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer counseling, and customer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of additional background checks required under applicable banking regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
