Location: Remote within Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Virginia. Washington-based employees within reasonable driving distance of the Tukwila headquarters are encouraged to work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays; other approved-location candidates work primarily remotely.
Salary: $199,300–$243,800 target annual pay range; full annual pay range of $155,200–$288,000. Performance-based incentives are also available.

What you will do
- Define the vision, operating model, roadmap, planning calendar, standards, and governance framework for forecasting and planning.
- Lead integrated forecasts and multi-year plans covering membership, products, balances, revenue, expenses, profitability, capacity, and other business drivers.
- Build driver-based forecasting models, scenario analyses, performance frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
- Manage annual planning, reforecasting, stakeholder coordination, quality reviews, approvals, and delivery across a matrixed organization.
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Treasury, Risk, Data, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Present executive- and Board-ready insights, recommendations, risks, tradeoffs, and strategic implications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, statistics, analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business forecasting, strategic planning, analytics, portfolio management, or related areas.
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience forecasting, planning, or analyzing consumer lending portfolios in the financial services industry.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, scenario planning, variance analysis, business cases, performance measurement, and management reporting.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, organization, change management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

- Advanced degree.
- Knowledge of financial institution economics, products, regulatory expectations, and risk management practices.
- Experience with enterprise planning, business intelligence, visualization platforms, dashboards, and reporting automation.
