CIB Executive Director, Software Investment Banking (Fintech)

Annual base pay: $290,000–$330,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead client relationships, manage key accounts, and generate revenue for the firm.
• Originate and drive business opportunities across M&A, capital markets, and financing solutions.
• Analyze corporate and financial information and conduct detailed due diligence.
• Oversee the strategy and execution of complex transactions.
• Develop client coverage strategies, provide market insights, and build relationships with decision-makers in the software industry.
• Mentor junior talent and travel as requested by senior deal team members or clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 9+ years of leveraged finance investment banking experience preferred.
• Experience with sell-side and buy-side M&A processes and equity and debt capital raises.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, synthesize large amounts of information, and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage projects independently, interact with clients, and assess and mitigate reputational, operational, and credit risk.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Established relevant work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
