Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: In-office at the Aberdeen-Matawan Branch in Matawan, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $84,150–$140,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Drive consumer and business household acquisition, share-of-wallet growth, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach the team on consultative selling, technology-enabled interactions, problem resolution, and financial solutions.
• Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, compliance, and sales-practice risks.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver a seamless omnichannel banking experience.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to make decisions, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and achieve results.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Must be able to work in the in-office branch environment in Matawan, New Jersey.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
