Investment Market Manager

Location: In-office role based in Erie, Mechanicsburg, or Scranton, Pennsylvania, with travel across Northwest, Northeast, and Central Pennsylvania offices.

What you will do

• Manage investment activities and relationships for selected clients with large and complex accounts.
• Lead asset growth, client retention, new client acquisition, and expansion of investment services across the assigned markets.
• Manage and develop 15 Investment Advisors through training, performance management, hiring, and coaching.
• Participate in or lead investment sales efforts for large and complex prospects.
• Apply hirify.global investment strategies, policies, procedures, risk management practices, and Regulation 9 requirements.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate risk management issues across the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Typically at least 5 years of prior management experience.
• Experience with investment management, portfolio management, client relationship management, financial modeling, and risk management.
• Ability to travel throughout Northwest, Northeast, and Central Pennsylvania.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
