Workshop Engineer (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hirify.global medical devices in the workshop.
• Return products to customers safely, efficiently, and within agreed service levels.
• Investigate product service issues and complaints, providing resolutions within defined timelines and KPIs.
• Document service activities accurately in service management systems.
• Follow technical documentation, service procedures, quality processes, and health and safety standards.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders while contributing to continuous improvement and team success.

Requirements

• Qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in an engineering, service, or technical repair environment.
• Strong electrical and electronic engineering knowledge with analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of ESD protection, compliance, quality standards, and best practices.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and quality management systems.
• Good written and verbal English skills are required.
