Business Intelligence Developer III (AI)

Location: Reston, VA, United States; other locations include the Greater Seattle Area and Space Coast, FL. U.S. citizenship or nationality, permanent residence, refugee status, or asylum status is required.

Base pay: $130,706.00–$182,987.70 for VA and WA applicants; other site ranges may differ.

What you will do

• Design and deploy AI/ML tools for design-to-cost reporting and cost forecast modeling.
• Manage and improve the New Glenn design-to-cost dashboard and upgrades roadmap, including schedule, cost, and mass status.
• Develop analytical models for executive presentations, strategic memos, and recommendations.
• Convert manual processes into automated, scalable solutions and investigate bottlenecks in the design-to-production value stream.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, analysts, Responsible Engineers, and leadership to identify AI opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
• Manage and mentor partner development teams by providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Candidates with a strong technical background and ability to learn new technologies quickly are also considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in program management, management consulting, finance, or a related area.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power Query.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into large-scale software systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with VBA.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and tracking hardware throughout all stages of a part’s lifecycle.
