Spend Analytics & BI Specialist

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Power BI or equivalent dashboards for spend, savings, supplier performance, and category KPIs, including refresh cadence and data-quality controls.
• Own spend classification and taxonomy to provide consistent and trustworthy category and leadership views.
• Analyze spend to identify consolidation, tail-spend, and cost-savings opportunities, supporting category strategy with market, benchmarking, and TCO data.
• Support Category Managers with should-cost and cost-model inputs for negotiations and value engineering.
• Manage the savings tracker, reconcile validated savings with Finance, and produce standardized supplier performance scorecards.
• Partner with IT and Finance on data pipelines, data integrity, documentation, and training category teams in self-service analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement/spend analytics or data analytics.
• Advanced Excel and strong data-visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau.
• Comfort working with ERP spend data, such as SAP or an equivalent system.
• Working knowledge of spend classification, TCO/should-cost, and savings methodology.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or a spend-analytics platform such as SpendHQ.
• Python or scripting experience for data preparation.
• Industrial-manufacturing spend experience across direct and indirect categories.
