Financial Services Representative (Annuity Operations)

Location: Hybrid in Grandview Heights, Ohio, with required in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Candidates must reside within a 35-mile radius of the Grandview office at 1000 Yard Street, H Building, 43212 and routinely attend required office days.

Salary: $46,345–$75,500 national range; expected starting salary range: $46,345–$60,800 annually.

What you will do

• Process post-sale annuity transactions, including incoming money activity, ownership updates, beneficiary changes, recurring deposits, and account servicing requests.
• Handle business requests in accordance with government regulations, contract provisions, internal procedures, and controls.
• Provide timely, high-quality service to policyholders, agents, brokers, and internal operating units while meeting service-level agreements.
• Interpret contract and product provisions for current, past, and assumed business.
• Identify inquiries requiring insurance or securities licensing and route them to the appropriately registered representative.
• Use workflow management, problem-solving meetings, team huddles, and lean methodology to improve daily operations.

Requirements

• High school studies required; undergraduate studies are desirable.
• One to three years of product-related customer service experience preferred.
• General knowledge of office practices, information systems, customer service, and insurance or financial services, including annuities and mutual funds.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, research, decision-making, collaboration, and problem-resolution skills.
• FINRA Series 6 license preferred and potentially required based on the assigned product, line of business, or distribution system.
• This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization, and hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT Extension program. Required federal and state licenses or registrations must be acquired within the designated period.
