Key Account Specialist (Advanced Surgery & Anesthesia)

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Salary: Minimum 10,400,000 HUF gross annually, with potential eligibility for benefits, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Drive sales growth, market access, and product adoption for the Advanced Surgery and Anesthesia portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Develop territory and account plans and build relationships with surgeons, anesthesiologists, intensivists, pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital management.
• Deliver product presentations, workshops, training sessions, and clinical education for healthcare professionals.
• Represent hirify.global at congresses, educational events, and customer meetings while supporting clinicians with product knowledge and clinical evidence.
• Monitor hospital tenders, collaborate with internal teams and distributor or wholesaler partners, and track market and competitive developments.
• Report product complaints, quality issues, adverse events, and safety information according to hirify.global procedures and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Chemistry, Health Sciences, or another healthcare-related discipline qualifying the candidate to promote pharmaceutical products under local regulations.
• Qualification recognized under applicable Hungarian pharmaceutical promotion regulations for detailing registered medicinal products.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical device companies, including experience with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.
• Experience with tender and procurement processes.
• Fluent Hungarian and professional English required.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in Advanced Surgery, Anesthesia, Critical Care, ICU, or Operating Room environments.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and the reimbursement landscape.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
