Account Manager (Creative Advertising)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days per week.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders and agency colleagues.
• Act as the knowledge keeper for client businesses, brands, and categories while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Coordinate creative, strategy, production, and finance teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Scope and schedule creative and production projects across multiple channels, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
• Present and sell creative concepts and production estimates while supporting creative ambition.
• Manage estimates, billing, cost control, account profitability, project status, and timesheet reporting; guide Junior Account Managers and interns.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of account management experience in a creative or advertising agency.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders, multiple workstreams, creative campaigns, and large cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong English and Hungarian communication skills required.
• Understanding of agency financials, including estimates, profitability, billing, scope, and contracts.
• BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, business, or a closely related field.
