Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, three days a week in the New York or London office; New York preferred

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 base per year, plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Own and ship a critical product area end-to-end, from customer insight through pixel-level delivery, in close partnership with engineering.
• Turn product direction and live enterprise-customer feedback into focused, shipped product while making scope and prioritization decisions.
• Work directly with customers on renewals, broken workflows, and high-stakes product commitments.
• Improve product demos and customer adoption, measuring impact through revenue and commercial outcomes.
• Build AI-native capabilities including agentic workflows, streaming outputs, document intelligence, confidence signals, and human-AI collaboration.
• Maintain lightweight, reliable communication and alignment across founders, engineering, sales, customer success, and customers.

Requirements

• Shipped AI products used by real customers, with strong opinions on agentic systems, evaluations, and probabilistic output.
• Deep personal use of AI-native tools and workflows, including the ability to ship small code changes and prototype independently.
• Commercial mindset focused on enterprise adoption, revenue, buyer evaluation, expansion, and measurable outcomes.
• Recent hands-on product building experience, including using Figma, writing briefs, prototyping, cutting scope, and making product decisions.
• Experience handling high-stakes customer conversations, renewals, broken products, and customer commitments.
• Comfort with startup pace, ambiguity, high ownership, active communication, and lightweight process.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in real estate, finance, legal, insurance, healthcare, or construction.
• Experience with complex data products involving extraction, search, intelligence, or analytics.
• Platform thinking across systems, APIs, skills, and compounding product capabilities.
• Ability to work with code for prototyping or self-unblocking.
