Product Manager, New Markets and Monetization (AI)

Location: New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA. Hybrid policy requires staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Own a new-market or monetization product area, including partner and platform billing, spend observability, account unification, startup growth, or an industry vertical.
• Define product strategy, specifications, commercial terms, pricing, revenue attribution, and partner or startup program terms.
• Build on Billing Platform and Auth & Identity primitives with Engineering, Design, Growth, Go-to-Market, Startups, Legal, Finance, and Data Science.
• Research enterprise buyers, startup builders, resellers, embedded-platform partners, and industry customers to create a product roadmap.
• Own company-level metrics such as non-coding platform business, startup revenue, unified API and subscription volume, and partner-booked volume.
• Write strategy, specifications, and analysis while creating the instrumentation needed to measure product outcomes.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of a developer platform, API, billing or money-movement product, or self-serve growth product, including accountability for revenue or activation.
• Experience building with or shipping products on top of large language models and understanding how agents affect billing, identity, or distribution.
• Technical fluency with API documentation, billing, identity, attribution design, and platform primitives.
• Ability to use SQL or equivalent tools to define metrics, build funnels, and size markets.
• Experience negotiating pricing, revenue share, or program terms with Finance, Legal, or Business Development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with metering, usage attribution, reseller or cloud-marketplace channels, or enterprise spend management.
• Experience taking a developer platform into a new industry or building products in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience growing self-serve or startup businesses, including pricing and packaging.
• Experience building cross-product account, identity, or subscription systems and taking products from zero to one.
