Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 annual compensation

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product experience for organization profiles, profile editing, transparency programs, contributed grants data, integrations, and related workflows.
• Develop a product-led strategy that increases continuous data contributions and improves data quality, utility, and sector impact.
• Lead customer discovery with organizations, contributors, and sector partners, translating insights into a prioritized roadmap.
• Define product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, priorities, and success metrics.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Partnerships, and external stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, measurement, and optimization.
• Expand the reach of organization profiles and contributed data across search, AI-powered tools, APIs, data products, and partner integrations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional product management experience, preferably with profile, community, marketplace, contributor-driven, or network-oriented products.
• Experience launching products from 0-to-1 and scaling or reinventing established products.
• Hands-on product-building experience with experimentation, prioritization, and delivery.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and partnering with engineering teams on AI-powered product capabilities.
• Strong customer empathy, discovery skills, communication abilities, and experience using product metrics and business signals to guide decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, represent products publicly, work with ambiguity, and manage ownership of additional responsibilities.
