Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Palo Alto HQ, with in-office collaboration 3 days per week

Base salary: $165,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own prioritization and execution of the Ads product roadmap.
• Work with engineering, ML research, design, and partnerships to remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Identify ways to simplify advertising workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Improve adoption and engagement of AI-powered advertising tools through workflow improvements and high-impact features.
• Identify product gaps, new use cases, and opportunities in ad automation and creative AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in advertising, marketing technology, AI-driven content creation, or productivity tools.
• Experience with ad platforms, programmatic advertising, or AI-powered advertising tools.
• Strong roadmap execution, prioritization, and delivery skills.
• Ability to conduct technical research and collaborate with engineers on feasibility.
• Data-driven approach to measuring product impact and iterating on features.
• Customer-oriented, results-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
