Process Engineer III Senior - SPG

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite, full time. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $124,000–$171,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
• Perform hardware characterization on complex process engineering systems.
• Troubleshoot difficult issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
• Measure film properties and interpret experimental data.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and internal technical reports.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and vendors; implement new technologies and lead project teams as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Experience with deposition process technology and hardware.
• Plasma-related experience.
