What you will do

• Design, develop, and manage products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
• Review existing products and recommend changes to product or marketing strategies.
• Oversee new product development and coordinate with business units on product introduction and ongoing sales.
• Develop and oversee marketing materials, advertisements, direct mail, and other product communications.
• Build working relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels and support assigned business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Ability to develop plans, meet delivery dates, and build relationships across the organization.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Digital product management or delivery experience.
• Leadership experience.
