Sr Analyst, Infrastructure & Facilities (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Support a manufacturing plant with software, hardware, network, and infrastructure services.
• Catalog hardware, software, and data to support comprehensive lifecycle management.
• Deploy operating systems, applications, and security patches at scale.
• Distribute updates, patch vulnerabilities, monitor devices remotely, and provide remote PC maintenance.
• Manage user permissions and access, including security camera systems.
• Troubleshoot IT issues, provide technical support and training, and recommend IT investments through cost-benefit analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related position.
• Experience with problem-solving, system coordination, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in operating system use and installation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish; intermediate English is required.
