Junior IT Administrator

Location: Hybrid — Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Resolve Tier 1 technical support tickets involving software configuration, access issues, and email troubleshooting.
• Configure and deploy computer equipment for new hires and recover and format hardware during offboarding.
• Manage the physical IT inventory in Mexico, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Support meeting rooms and diagnose complex incidents before escalating them to Senior IT Administrators in Tier 2/LATAM.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a similar IT role.
• Practical knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems.
• Basic experience maintaining and configuring Windows and macOS hardware.
• Intermediate to advanced conversational English.
• Service-oriented, proactive, communicative, and able to document incidents clearly and follow operational guidelines.
