Salary: $197,400 - $292,150 per annum

What you will do

• Build and manage a team of complex sub-system, co-processor, accelerator, and SoC engineers.
• Develop methodologies and infrastructure for cutting-edge semiconductor processes and networking bandwidth.
• Collaborate with architecture, software, firmware, and post-silicon teams for plan development and execution.
• Provide technical mentoring and leadership for the San Diego design organization.
• Own schedules and reporting of progress metrics for strategic custom SoC initiatives.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in EE, CE, or CS.
• 12-15+ years of RTL and/or verification experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a design team.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and mentor engineering talent.
• Experience in all design phases from concept through productization.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (e.g., U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).
