Salary: $224,000–$416,000 annual salary for California, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, including managers, architects, and senior technical leaders across global locations.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for advanced Static Timing Analysis solutions.
• Drive scalability, software quality, innovation, and performance optimization for complex products.
• Partner with semiconductor customers, product management, and executive stakeholders on product strategy and technology direction.
• Build engineering excellence through talent development, operational efficiency, and customer-focused execution.

Requirements

• Extensive engineering leadership experience managing multiple teams.
• Strong track record of delivering complex software products.
• Deep expertise in high-performance computing, algorithms, and semiconductor design methodologies.
• Experience with statistical timing analysis and performance optimization at scale.
• Ability to work with semiconductor customers, product leaders, and executive stakeholders.
