Location: Must be based in San Diego, CA

Salary: $171,600 - $253,970 per annum

What you will do

  • Manage and scale a team of SoC, sub-system, co-processor, and accelerator engineers, including design and verification.
  • Develop methodologies and infrastructure for cutting-edge semiconductor processes, I/Os, and networking bandwidth.
  • Coordinate with architecture, software, firmware, and post-silicon teams for plan development and execution.
  • Provide technical mentoring to team members and drive improvements in automation and techniques.
  • Own project schedules and report on progress metrics.
  • Recruit and retain top-tier engineering talent to build the San Diego design organization.

Requirements

  • Degree in EE, CE, or CS.
  • 10+ years of RTL experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a design team.
  • Experience in all phases of design from concept through productization.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively across engineering and marketing groups.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
