Branch Manager - Martinez Branch

Location: Martinez, Georgia, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operations, and financial performance activities for the branch.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, deepen relationships, and generate internal referrals.
• Drive business development through community involvement, calling programs, and internal partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and resource planning for the branch.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of experience in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor's degree.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer and business lending, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and colleague development.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in the office in Martinez, Georgia, and maintain full-time authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
