Branch Manager - Martinez Branch

Location: Martinez, GA; office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage the branch and lead sales, customer service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, deepen relationships, and refer customers to relevant bank partners.
• Lead the team in delivering excellent service, resolving customer issues, and achieving budgeted sales and production goals.
• Develop consumer and business relationships through community involvement, business development, calling programs, and internal partnerships.
• Coach and educate colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, processes, and performance.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring, staffing, and resources required to support the branch team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Demonstrated acumen in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, communication, and presentations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
• Ability to lead branch and digital-channel sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
