Assistant Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Montgomery, Alabama, United States; in-office role.

What you will do

• Support individual and team branch performance while building a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Manage and deliver proactive client experiences across an omnichannel environment, provide financial solutions and advice, and lead problem resolution.
• Execute the branded sales process to achieve sales targets, strengthen customer loyalty, and grow revenue from consumer and business households.
• Coach employees to achieve performance and activity expectations, support talent retention, and assist with performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk by following established policies and procedures and identifying mitigation actions.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered instead.
• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience, or relevant product knowledge.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to demonstrate customer-focused decision-making and create customized customer solutions.
• Ability to assess and manage risks in accordance with the hirify.global Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Successful candidates are subject to additional background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
