Branch Manager - 120th & Sheridan

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $90,750–$151,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Lead consultative sales activities and grow consumer and business banking relationships.
• Coach employees to deliver effective, technology-enabled customer interactions and resolve client issues.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members through ongoing performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risks.
• Lead community involvement and ecosystem partnerships that support business development.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, delegate, communicate effectively, and achieve results.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of additional background checks required by applicable banking regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
