Supervisor Supply Chain Logistics

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite at a third-party logistics warehouse

Salary: $72,000–$91,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations with the 3PL warehouse and oversee service levels, process execution, and escalations.
• Develop and execute daily 3PL management processes supporting supply chain fulfillment and business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, use data analytics, and leverage IT tools to identify operational improvements and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, audits, and inventory cost optimization.
• Coordinate with order management, sales and marketing, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers, transportation, and planning teams.
• Lead business reviews and implement improvement strategies to maximize service, profitability, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, transportation, KPIs, and service levels.
• Ability to analyze data and systematically address complex business issues and opportunities.
• Strong communication, project management, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
