Program Analyst

Location: Burnaby, BC, Canada; work in the office 1–2 days per week as required

Salary: CAD $25.70–$44.55 per hour; targeted compensation of CAD $30 per hour

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations across multiple energy-efficiency programs.
• Coordinate communications and follow-ups with customers and clients.
• Process rebate applications and follow up with applicants as needed.
• Track program data, schedules, and key performance metrics.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist with invoicing, data reconciliation, and general program administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, or recent graduate with strong transferable skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables, plus PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks, work independently, collaborate with a small team, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or community-focused programs.
