Salary: $69,750 – $93,000 CAD annually + 8% target incentives

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT system enhancement demands, from initial request intake and qualification to final delivery.
• Elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, producing BRDs, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
• Define and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of test plans and scripts.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to validate designs and maintain requirements traceability.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of enterprise applications and support oversight of IT contracts and vendor relationships.
• Apply AI-assisted tools like Microsoft Copilot or Claude to accelerate documentation and business case analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a Business Analyst or IT Analyst role within a corporate IT environment.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality BRDs, process flows, and UAT artifacts across a full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Fluency in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall/SDLC delivery frameworks.
• Based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver, Canada.

Nice to have

• CBAP or CCBA designation.
• PMP, ITIL Foundation, or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Experience with enterprise platform implementations (ERP, CRM, ITSM).
• Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards.
