📋 Description

• Join Arrive on the AI-First Pulse Core team to build a self-service developer platform and core
• Develop full-stack features with a backend heavy focus on Node.js.
• Collaborate with AI tools to design, build, test, and deploy features.
• Translate concepts into prototypes and production code with AI acceleration.
• Own features end-to-end, including monitoring and on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years as a software engineer (full stack or backend-centric).
• AI-First Coder: Proficient with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Strong Backend Background: Java, Kotlin, or Go; apply concepts to Node.js.
• Full Stack Breadth with Node.js Target: Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript a plus.
• DevOps & SRE Mindset: Deployment, monitoring, alerting, on-call rotations.
• Adaptable and Forward-Thinking: Eager to adopt new technologies.
