Salary: $124,000–$155,000 CAD

What you will do

• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces for internal and external users.
• Architect and implement full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Build and deploy agentic AI applications to optimize inbound contact handling and back-office operations.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis on complex system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development.
• Proficiency in at least one of: TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

• Prior experience or exposure to AI engineering applications.
