Manufacturing Engineer (Early Career Exceptional Talent) (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States. Applicants must meet U.S. ITAR and EAR eligibility requirements.

Salary: $70,000–$94,000 per year, plus potential equity, flexible PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Own a defined part of the manufacturing operation, such as engine assembly, machining, tooling, or process development.
• Work with machinists, technicians, manufacturing engineers, and build engineers to solve shop-floor problems.
• Build and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling for complex hardware.
• Partner with design engineering to improve manufacturability.
• Identify problems, implement fixes, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least one internship or co-op involving the creation of real hardware.
• Required hands-on manufacturing experience in a shop, production line, or hardware-building environment.
• Curiosity about manufacturing methods, performance, and design for manufacturability.
• Track record of completing challenging projects in and outside of school.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations under ITAR and EAR.
